My Nishikigoi Experience
Just back from Japan after a great three year experience living abroad. Unfortunately,
Nishikigoi turned out to be not very accessible, nor a priority while my family and I were in the country. Thats
okay, we really enjoyed and took advantage of everything else that Japan had to offer.
Now that we are back home, I can work with better local resources and a permanent place to
live, I can roll up my sleeves and dive into my very first pond and filter set-up as well as try my hand at caring for a couple
Tosai Nishikigoi.
Below is the start of my hands on experiences with koi keeping and water maintenance.
